Our mission
The ESCP Caducées Roundtable Hub leads the design and organization of the annual Roundtable, the first major event of the Caducées association's year. This event brings together students, alumni, and professionals to discuss a key issue for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
The hub handles all strategic and operational aspects: defining the theme, selecting speakers, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with the association's other hubs. At the interface between academia and industry, it creates a demanding forum for dialogue, grounded in the scientific, regulatory, and managerial realities of the biopharmaceutical sector.
The hub is committed to bringing together experts with complementary skills from diverse backgrounds within the sector to foster exchange of perspectives and enrich the analysis. This diversity allows students to gain direct access to concrete feedback, grounded in real-world experience and contemporary decision-making challenges.
More than just a conference, the Round Table aims to be a unifying event for the MSM community. It is designed as a true catalyst for reflection, knowledge sharing, and networking, contributing to critical thinking, strengthening ties between students and professionals, and positioning the association as an active participant in the major discussions shaping the future of the sector.

Our vision is to make the Round Table a hallmark of excellence for the Caduceus alumni and a recognized forum for reflection on major changes in healthcare. It has become a key event, capable of attracting leading speakers and making a lasting contribution to the academic and professional reputation of ESCP Business School.
The mission of the Roundtable Hub is to design a structuring event dedicated to exploring a major transformation in the healthcare sector. The objective is to create a genuine forum for debate around a strategic issue with a significant impact on the industry, by selecting a central, current, and structuring question each year.
