Our mission
The Executive Committee (BR) is the executive body of the ESCP Caduceus Association. It defines the association's strategic directions, ensures its overall coherence, and guarantees effective coordination between the various departments. Heirs to an association founded in 1992, the members of the Executive Committee uphold a tradition of excellence and commitment within the biopharmaceutical sector of ESCP Business School.
The Executive Committee is responsible for guiding the strategy and ensuring the development of the Caduceus Association, while safeguarding institutional stability, organizational standards, and the association's financial viability.
It supports the various clusters in structuring their projects, promotes high-impact initiatives, and ensures that high standards are maintained in the organization of events. It also serves as the primary liaison with ESCP administration, alumni, and institutional and industrial partners to enhance the visibility of the MSc in Biopharmaceutical Management.

Our vision
The vision of the Executive Committee 2025/2026 is to preserve and strengthen the legacy of Les Caducées while injecting new energy. The goal is to solidify the connections between students, alumni, and committed professionals within the healthcare ecosystem, and to establish Les Caducées as a leading student organization in the biopharmaceutical world.
Through ambitious, meaningful initiatives aligned with current challenges in healthcare and innovation, the Executive Committee intends to actively contribute to the prestige of the ESCP Master's program – MSc in Biopharmaceutical Management – and to the development of future leaders in the sector.
